On first chapters and social media

The first chapter of Cat Sebastian’s The Queer Principles of Kit Webb is masterful. Short and snappy; info is dumped in a pleasant and readable way; and it ends with a barbed hook. I am appreciative and jealous.

P.S. This is the kind of thing I would once have put on Twitter. But though I still have my Twitter account, it’s not very pleasing over there. So I guess I’ll start using this blog instead for my random thoughts.
